Claims
If you are dissatisfied with Bank’s services and/or disagree with any of the Bank’s products, you have the right to submit a claim through any of the following methods:
- Send a claim to the JSC Hash Bank’s Registered address using either a standard form or a free-form written statement. See standard Claim form here --------
- Contact JSC Hash Bank’s Call Center at +995 32 80 11 77.
- Submit your claim through the E-mail: [email protected].
- Submit your claim via the Mobile Banking.
- Send your claim through the official JSC Hash Bank Facebook page;
- Use the Chatbot integrated on the JSC Hash Bank website.
The Bank’s claim management department will review the claim.
The Bank will respond to the claim no later than one month from its receipt, or from the identification of the Customer if necessary. The response will be provided in the same manner as the claim was submitted.

Dispute Resolution Commission
Customers are entitled to lodge a dispute against the Bank with the NBG Dispute Resolution Commission if the Bank has not satisfied their claim or has satisfied it partially (and/or has not responded to their complaint), which is an independent body and reviews disputes related to:
(a) Organic Law of Georgia on "National Bank of Georgia";
(b) Law of Georgia on "Payment System and Payment Services"; and
(c) the rights and obligations arising from the by-laws adopted on their basis.
The Customers right to dispute hereunder arises if the value of the subject matter of the dispute does not exceed 50 000 GEL (or the equivalent in foreign currency, as of the date on which the disputed activity took place or the customer lodged a complaint). Customers also have the right to seek recourse through the court system without involving the Commission.
A dispute can be submitted to the Commission no later than 6 (six) months from the date on which it was filed with the Bank. The Committee will discuss the dispute envisaged herein free of charge.
