Goga Chanadiri

CEO

Goga possesses over 20 years of comprehensive experience bridging Information Technology and the banking sector. Instrumental in hashbank's management since its inception, he previously held the position of Director of IT and Operations. Goga’s career is defined by senior leadership roles at JSC Pasha Bank Georgia, Universal Card Corporation, and Payunicard. He began his professional journey at JSC Bank Republic.

Irakli Gogishvili

CCO

Irakli brings 25 years of diverse experience in the financial sector. He held leadership roles at Bank Republic, Liberty Bank, and Crystal, managing retail banking and regional networks. His background also includes working with international organizations like the EBRD and CARE. Before joining hashbank, Irakli served as Chief Business Officer (CBO) at the Uzbek financial company Agat Credit, leading its digital transformation.

Irakli Chakhnashvili

CFO

Irakli has 25 years of experience in the banking sector. His career began in 1999 at VTB Bank Georgia, where he held various positions in the Financial Accounting and Reporting Department. His responsibilities included systemic accounting, financial modeling, and asset and liability management. In 2008, Irakli was appointed Deputy Finance Director at VTB Bank Georgia.

Giorgi Keshelashvili

CRO

Giorgi holds the position of Deputy CEO at Universal Card Corporation LLC and Payunicard LLC. He possesses 30 years of diverse experience in the banking sphere, payment systems, and company restructuring. Additionally, Giorgi served as CEO of JSC Georgian Card and, later, Georgian Card Holding LLC. From 2009 to 2013, he led the Information Technology Department at JSC Bank of Georgia.

Lasha Papashvili

Chairman of supervisory board

Lasha Papashvili started his career as a lawyer at a small commercial bank in 1993. In 1997, he became the deputy chair of the supervisory board at JSC Bank Republic and subsequently, served as CEO from 1998 to 2004. After making significant contributions to securing investment, he resigned from his positions to focus on Redix LLC, a company he co-founded with his brother.

Nana Keburia

Member of supervisory board

Nana brings 20 years of executive management experience in financial technology, payments, and loyalty programs. She previously held CEO positions at Universal Card Corporation and Payunicard. An expert in organizational policy and process management, Nana was the CEO of JSC Georgian Card from 2008 to 2014.

Teona Makalatia

Member of supervisory board

Teona brings 22 years of diverse experience in business, finance, and corporate governance. She serves on the Supervisory Board of JSC Georgian State Electrosystem and was a board member at JSC ProCredit Bank. Teona held expert roles at the World Bank, OECD, and GFA Consulting Group GmbH. Her background also includes positions as Deputy CEO at CSF Group, Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, and CFO of Geowood Ltd.

Merab Kakulia

Independent Chair, Risk Committee

Merab Kakulia is a Dr. of Economics and has been a professor at both Tbilisi State University and the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. His extensive experience is reflected in his publications on macroeconomics, banking and finance, and international economics. He served as Vice President of the National Bank of Georgia from 1993 to 2005 and National Coordinator for S.W.I.F.T. SC from 1997 to 2005. Since 2005, Merab has been a senior fellow at GFSIS.

Gocha Matsaberidze

Independent Chair, Audit Committee

Gocha Matsaberidze held the position of Deputy Minister of Communications of Georgia from 1988 to 1991. He was the CEO of JSC Bank Republic from 1991 to 1992 and served as the Chairman of the supervisory board for JSC Bank Republic up until 2004. Since then, Gocha has been the Deputy Chairman. Gocha was a supervisory board member at JSC VTB Bank from 2018 to 2022. He graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
